Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges:

Any merchandise that is Unworn can request a refund within 14 days of your order's delivery date. At this time The Powder Room Collection does not offer refunds but can offer a store credit in which you can use towards a future purchase or to exchange for a different item.

**If you are on a payment plan for your items, please note that you will still be responsible for making payments, The Powder Room Collection is not responsible for these payments.

All items must be in original condition, and packaging. No exchanges or returns are permitted on clearance items.

In the subject line please put: Return Request

In the body of email please list: Name, product being returned, and reason for return.

If request is approved, you will receive the next steps via email.
